One of the biggest announcements of NBA2K’s launch has always been the cover athletes. As the highly speculated, often divisive conversation showed, we knew that for our Next Generation Cover reveal, we needed to approach the debut of Zion Williamson with the same mythology and power that mirrored his arrival onto the court. Steeping his reveal film with intrigue, prophecy, and a VO that Nostradamus would smile at, we created a reveal that brought our “chosen one” into the light and onto the cover.
